To Collect VPN Logs from the Endpoint Security Client (from the Full Suite)


To enable client logs: Right-click on 'the client icon > Display Overview - Remote Access VPN > Manage settings > Advanced > enable logging checkbox' and click 'Close'.
To collect client logs: Right-click on 'the client icon > Display Overview - Remote Access VPN > Manage settings > Advanced > collect logs' and click 'Close'.

To Collect VPN logs from the Endpoint Security VPN Client (VPN only)


To enable the client logs:
  1. Right-click the Yellow/Green Lock icon from your quick launch menu.
  2. Select VPN Options. A new window opens.
  3. Click on the 'Advanced' tab.
  4. Click 'Enable Logging' (Enabled Advanced Logging, if needed).
  5. Replicate issue.
  6. On the client, click on 'Collect Logs'. This will open a Windows Explorer Window containing the files.

      Click Check Point Endpoint Security in the File Path bar.
    2. Collect the Cab File containing all the Logs
  7. Uncheck 'Enable Logging' to stop logs.
