The comment that you don't want to switch back and forth is a 100% lie. It will do you no harm. And the comment about synthetic oil being worse because you can't change it as often is another lie. You can change it whenever you want. The beauty is, Synthetic doesn't burn and thus, doesn't 'break down' nearly as fast as dino oil. It gets dirty, but that's it. Instead of changing the oil every 5000 miles with standard oil, you change it every 10,000, and change the filter alone at 5000. I change the oil in my car once a year with synthetic and it runs fantastic. If you want synthetic, stick with Redline, Royal Purple, or my favorite, Mobil 1. As for filters, get a Wix. You can't go wrong. The Napa Gold filters are Wix filters. Best on the market.
