With the free upgrade to version 2.5, Omnisphere 2.5 looks set to become even more revered. In the path to the STEAM folder there should not be Cyrillic (Russian folder names) All applications run as administrator! First, unzip 1 archive: Settings Library.rar to the folder STEAM Omnisphere. I've installed Omnisphere on my mac. When i open it tells me ' The STEAM folder does not have write permission. Change permissions on STEAM folder, and all STEAM subfolders, to include Write access' I've just changed changed permissions to STEAM folders to 'write and read' so I don't know what to do. 2ND UPDATE: Email me at 'DreDredy4@yahoo.com' if you need me to install Omnisphere 2 or 1 FOR YOU over the net through Teamviewer (WINDOWS/PC users only).
Jun 17, 2017 When i try to open Omnisphere it tells me that my STEAM folder is not a valid STEAM Folder, even if the folder with 8Gb is located in /application support/spectrasonics/, as it should be. The strange thing about that is, that if i want to relocate it manually through omnisphere, the steam folder i wanna choose (8Gb) is marked as only 140 Bytes.

Not A Valid Steam Folder Omnisphere
The data files for Stylus RMX are stored in your SAGE folder. When you update your patches or soundsources, you are updating files in your SAGE folder, which was created when you originally installed Stylus RMX. Your SAGE folder is located inside your Spectrasonics folder. See the instructions below to find your Spectrasonics folder.
